The Reading Ghana SDA Education Department Awards – RGSDAEDA
The Reading Ghana SDA Education Department Awards were first established in September 2017 by the Education Department following approval by the Church Pastor, Elders and the entire church board members under the auspices of then Director of Education, Dr. Alexander Afful-Acheampong, Co-Director, Elder Akwasi Agyeman and Executive Secretary of the Department, Mr Isaac Dougan.
The Education Department recognises the importance of education and learning as the foundation to a good quality of life and for the future success of the church. Consequently, -RGSDAEDA’’ is to encourage excellence in education. The RGSDAEDA identifies and celebrates individuals in the church who have excelled in diverse ways. By extension, we celebrate the achievements of people in our affiliated departments (Youth and Children’s Ministries).
There are about 53 awards in 21 categories covering key areas of education and its related departments. If you know of an individual that deserves to be recognised for their hard work, now is your chance to nominate! Please complete the ‘Nomination Form’ and submit a nomination today.
The first prize winners of the categories will receive a plaque, a certificate and a £20 prize. Runner-up winners will receive a certificate and £10. Those taking third place will go home with a certificate and £5.
